Gift Certificates expire one (1) year from date of issuance.

Reservations:
We accept credit cards and require credit card information in order to guarantee your appointment time. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time. We are unable to extend the time of a scheduled appointment if you arrive late. We appreciate your courtesy.

Cancellation Policy:
We respectfully ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment in order to prevent a 50% charge to your credit card.

Gratuity:
Appreciation to our staff is at your discretion. A 15% gratuity is customary.
